چکیده

This study was conducted to determine the phenolic compounds that may be utilized as chemotaxonomic identify some concentration are useful for pharmaceutical purposes from 5 taxa belongs Brassicaceae family which are; Cardaria draba (L.) Desv., Lepidum aucheri Boiss., Sisymbrium irio L., officinale Scop., and septulatum DC. Leaves powder of these were collected analyzed by High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results identified 9 compounds, chlorogenic acid, cinnamic ferulic genstic kaempferol, p-coumaric protocatechuic sinapic vanillic acid. showed genus Lepidium had highest 4 acid with (37.2, 80.79, 62.91, 37.10µg/ ml) respectively. On other hand, lowest 3 p- coumaric doesn't have 2 kaempferol. variation in concentrations might due genotype plant growth stage differences. this provide a source bioactive future studies.
